2027 Annual General Meeting

The 2027 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 12 May, at 11:00 a.m. in
Stockholm, Sweden. Shareholders who wish to have a matter brought before the AGM may
submit a proposal to Netel’s Chairman of the Board by e-mailing ir@netelgroup.com or
writing to Netel Holding AB, Att: Årsstämma 2027, Fågelviksvägen 9, 7th floor SE-145 84
Stockholm, Sweden. To be assured of the proposal reaching the notice and therefore the
agenda of the AGM, the proposal must have reached the company by 18 March 2027 at the
latest.
